Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using Zenbyt IT Solutions services, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Services

Zenbyt IT Solutions provides web development, mobile app development, custom software, and digital marketing services. Specific terms for each project are outlined in individual service agreements.

3. Payment Terms

Payment terms are specified in individual project contracts. We require a deposit before commencing work. Final payment is due upon project completion before delivery of final files.

4. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, clients receive full ownership of custom-developed work. Zenbyt retains the right to display completed work in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing.

5. Confidentiality

We treat all client information as confidential. NDAs are available upon request at no additional cost.

6. Limitation of Liability

Zenbyt liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by applicable laws. Disputes will be resolved through good-faith negotiation before any legal action.
